Terms of Service

By creating an account or using CelestiFan you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree — do not use the platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to use CelestiFan. By using the platform you confirm you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate registration information

You may not create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards or abuse the platform.

Celeste is a virtual currency within CelestiFan.

• Celeste has no real monetary value
• Celeste cannot be exchanged for cash
• Celeste cannot be transferred between accounts
• CelestiFan may adjust Celeste balances for violations of these terms
• Celeste earned is not a guarantee of any real-world benefit

When participating in campaigns:

• You must submit genuine proof of activity
• Submitting false or manipulated proof is a violation of these terms
• Repeated false submissions may result in account suspension
• Artists have the right to reject submissions at their discretion

By uploading content to CelestiFan you:

• Confirm you own or have rights to the content
• Grant CelestiFan a licence to display the content on the platform
• Confirm the content does not violate any third party rights
• Confirm the content does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

Artists who create campaigns agree to:

• Deliver rewards as described to qualifying fans
• Review and respond to submissions in a timely manner
• Not use the platform to mislead or defraud fans
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding their music and content

You may not:

• Submit false proof of streaming or sharing
• Manipulate leaderboards through automated or coordinated activity
• Harass or abuse other users
• Impersonate artists or other users
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
• Create accounts to evade a suspension

Subscription fees are charged in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• Your account is inactive for 12 months
• We discontinue the service

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

CelestiFan is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We are not responsible for content uploaded by users or artists.

CelestiFan's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation before any legal proceedings.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
